La Vitrine​

La Vitrine is the project of mexican chefs, Sofia Cortina and Edgar Nuñes. Located in the recently remodeled corridor "El Parian", at the heart of la Roma in Mexico city, la Vitrine is inspired in the classic french patisserie. All the dishes are created with the traditional techniques from France blended with local ingredients. 

 

The interior design is a collaboration between María José Canales and Cota Studio.
